      taking (a+1)=y (b+2)=z
      therefore 8(y)Sq+2(y)(z)-15(z)sq

      doing middle term factorisation
      8ySQ+12yz-10yz-15zSQ
      (4y-5z)(2y+3z)
      now putting orginal value ....
      y=a+1
      z=b+2
      {4(a+1)-5(b+2)}{2(b+2)+3(a+1)}
      (4a+4-5b-10)(2b+4+3a+3)
      ans.(4a-6-5b)(2b+7+3a)
      not sure abt ans
