    1. the sum of their ages is 35 years
      age of bunny is 15 years and of bunny is 20 years

      sol.
      let present age of hunny be x
      n of bunny be y

      x-10/y-10 = 1/2
      so, 2x-y = 10 (i)

      x/y = 3/4 (g)
      so, 4x-3y = 0 (ii)

      from (i)and (ii)
      by elimination, y = 20

      hence, x = 15

  3. ans. let hunny's age = x years
    let bunny's age = y years
    (x-10)=1/2(y-10)
    or x-10 = (y-10)/2
    or 2(x-10) = y-10
    or 2x-20 = y-10
    or 2x-y = 10 ...........(1)

    x/y = 3/4
    or 4x = 3y
    or 4x-3y = 0 ............(2)
    by elimination from (1) and (2),
    x = 15

    2(15)-y = 10
    or y = 20
    therefore , hunny's present age = 15 years
    bunny's present age = 20 years
    total of their present ages = 15 +20 = 35 years .

  5. let present age of hunny be x
    age of bunny be y

    x/y = 3/4
    4x-3y = 0 (2)

    by eliminating (1) and (2)
    y = 20 x = 15

    therefore , hunny's present age = 15 years
    bunny's present age = 20 years
    total of their present ages = 15 +20 = 35 years .
