  1. 18 = Efixi/20
    so . Efixi = 360
    add 3 to 1st 10 observations
    so, Efixi = 360 + 30 = 390
    so new mean = 390/20 = 19.2

  2. Mean= Σfixi/n
    18 = Σfixi/20
    ∴ Σfixi=360
    adding 3 to first 10 observations
    Σfixi=360+30
    = 390
    new mean= 390/20
    = 19.5
